A: Click on the “ Join Today ” button on the RateElert Agent Homepage. Your account will be reviewed and you will receive confirmation of your approval instantly in Real –Time (no waiting weeks to see if you qualify!). Once your registration is received and approved you should complete your account set up by choosing the ZIP Codes you want to target, and setting your bid amount for each ZIP Code. Finally, you should set your daily maximum lead volume per lead category (Auto, Homeowners, Life, etc.).

| Q: Where do RateElert leads come from? |
A: RateElert leads come from consumers that are actively shopping for insurance. All leads are pre-qualified, since each one is from a consumer that has completed a very detailed online application on RateElert.com requesting to be matched with a Local neighborhood agent they can trust. |

| Q: How do I receive RateElert leads? |
A: RateElert leads are delivered to you in real-time, ensuring that you'll receive the hottest prospects available. As soon as the consumer completes the application, we match consumer and agent profiles – using our patent-pending Matching technology – and deliver the lead to you immediately by email, text message, blackberry, i-phone, etc.
Some agents have the leads delivered to a work email address and a home address (as a backup). You might also consider including co-workers or an office assistant.

| Q: How much do the RateElert leads cost? |
A: We do NOT require sign-up fees, annual contracts or minimum volume requirements. The cost of your leads will vary depending on the type of lead you are interested in. Our prices are based on the low minimum bid requirements we set, and on the bidding of our RateElert partner Agents. While it varies by the type of consumer lead, the minimum bids typically range from $1 to $15 per lead. |

| Q: Can I control the amount of leads I receive? |
A: Yes. Choose as many ZIP Codes as you want, and then set your Maximum Lead Volume preference. You can choose to set an Unlimited Maximum (No Max) or a Daily Maximum. |

| Q: How will I be billed? |
A: It's easy! You provide your credit card information when you register. Your credit card will not be charged until your first lead is sent. All accounts are billed directly to your debit or credit card on a monthly basis and are processed through our E- Pay system. You can view a detailed monthly statement on-line 24/7 that includes all charges and account activity. |

| Q: Does RateElert require that I purchase a minimum or maximum number of leads? |
A: RateElert requires no minimums or maximums. The agent that bids the highest in his insurance company category gets the lead and will continue to get the leads until his daily max number is received. Once the agent bidding the highest amount daily max is received, then the agent with the next highest bid starts to get leads until his daily max is received and so on. |

Q: How much should I bid? |
A: Start off bidding the minimum. If you want to receive more leads and are not getting enough, we suggest you up your Bid Price. |

Q: What if more than 1 agent bids the same amount and there is a tie, who gets the Lead? |
A: *Tie-Breakers will go to the agent with the most seniority based on the sign up date with RateElert.com. So make sure you reserve the # 1 seniority for your territory by signing up today! |

| A: As an Agent, we'll set up an account that you can access through RateElerts Agent Partner Extranet, a password-driven Internet site. You will have 24/7 access to account activity and lead and billing history. |

A: Our lead information is very detailed and will give you the information you need to provide a preliminary insurance quote. | Q: How long do I have to dispute a bad lead and what are the criteria for receiving a credit? |
A: An agent has 5 calendar days to dispute a lead. A credit will be given only for duplicate leads or leads with invalid contact information (i.e. invalid phone number). You may request a lead credit yourself using the Credit feature of your account, found on the “Lead Credits” tab. |

| Q: What is a Carrier Code? |
A: A Carrier Code may be listed on an advertisement or other promotional material. It helps us identify if you are part of a corporate program. If you have a Carrier Code, please enter it on the first page of registration. |

| Q: What is a Promotion Code or Referral Number? |
A: A Promotion Code may be located on an advertisement or other promotional materials. It helps us identify if you are part of a special program or are eligible to receive special offers. A Referral Number would have been provided to you by another agent who is already a part of the RateElert Lead Program. If you have either a Promotion Code or Referral Number, please enter during registration. |

| Q: Why do you need to know my carrier when I register? |
A: We need to know your carrier to ensure we provide our consumers with the greatest choice without duplicating agent efforts. Leads will never be distributed to multiple captive agents with the same affiliate company. |

| Q: Do I need to select all of the states and lead types I'm interested in now? |
A: We suggest you select each state and all lead types you want when you register. After you are a registered member of the RateElert Agent Network, you may return at any time to change your information. |

| Q: How long before I receive my first lead? |
A: After you complete the registration and your account is activated you will start receiving leads immediately as they come in from your select zip codes. |
